The Diet Solution Program
Overview
The premise of the Diet Solution Program is based upon identifying your metabolic type. The ebook helps you determine what which of the three metabolic categories you fall into: Carbohydrates, Protein or Mixed. Each type includes specific amounts of carbohydrates, proteins and fats needed to consume for weight loss with a detailed meal plan that goes along with it.

Diet

There is no calorie counting on the Diet Solution Program diet as the crux of the program is not how many calories you eat but rather what foods you choose to eat and how much of them you eat.
Exercise
The Diet Solution Program recommends an exercise plan that includes a strength-training and cardiovascular exercise component. The cardio component includes interval training whereby you cycle between bouts of low to moderate to high intensity exercises for a set amount of time.

Kudos on the review! I love the fact that no calorie counting is required. In my opinion calorie counting is just failure waiting to happen. It sets a wrong mindset.
