Fat Burning Furnace is a 160-page ebook created by Rob Poulos that promises to help you burn fat while building lean muscles.

The “furnace” reference in the program titles refers to the program’s ability to alter your resting metabolic rate so that you’ll burn more calories even if you are not engaging in physical activity.
