The cleanse portion of the Top Secret Fat Loss Secrets involves consuming natural herbal remedies as well as a high fiber diet in order to remove waste from your body. Once this three-day cleanse is complete, you learn about how to gradually or drastically make healthier changes to your diet, depending upon your motivation. The diet plan also helps you become more mindful of the emotional triggers, which may cause you to overdo it on your favorite junk food.

Exercise

Interval cardio training is recommended when following the Top Secret Fat Loss Secrets. Interval training is meant to speed your metabolism, while also burning fat and preventing workout boredom. When performed at the correct intensity levels, interval training is a time-efficient and metabolism-boosting way to burn calories.  There is little mention of strength-training.
